+ An diesem Ort kann man sich nur wohlfühlen! Alles ist mit sehr viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr familiär, die Besitzerin bemüht sich um jeden Gast und um seine persönlichen Wünsche, z.B. bezüglich der Programmgestaltung. Auch die Mahlzeiten sind äußerst schmackhaft! Guter Standort im Gauja Nationalpark, da Wandermöglichkeiten usw. vor der Haustür.

+ Beeba, the owner, is an absolute delight. She gave us an impromptu tour of the grounds describing all the beautiful wild orchids and other flora that abound around her guesthouse and their place in Lativian folklore. Beautiful place, wonderful owner.

+ Fraai in de natuur gelegen huis, prachtige kamer met balkon en uitzicht op tuin en bos. We hebben heerlijk geslapen in een groot, comfortabel bed. En dan die rust! Je hoort alleen de vogels. Hier vanuit kunnen prima wandelingen worden gemaakt, met de auto is men in korte tijd bij allerlei bezienswaardigheden. De vrouw des huizes kan goed koken en is altijd opgewekt en behulpzaam. Zeer aanbevelenswaardig adres!

+ It is a second time we were staying at this wonderful place. This time with our children. Kārļamuiža is just magical in so many ways,from a beautifully restored farm house to the excellent food, the pond. the apple trees and even their own stork family. Magic!

+ Great place to escape to and explore Amata in Latvia. A lovely place to stay, I would highly recommend the evening meal which is a 3 course meal of great delights and the breakfast was a lovely table of choices!

+ only few rooms. we have got the biggest with a balcony. plenty of room for just two. airy and well lit. very quite. breakfast is only ok, could be a bit more personal and with bigger verity. be sure to get the driving directions beforehand. took us a while to find the place.

+ We received much more than we expected. Beautiful old property made of stone, renovated in a good style. Silent, quiet area, deers and storks close to the building. Very good kitchen, fresh trouts were perfect. The home-made apple juice and jam for breakfast were different than in standard hotel. The owner was very nice and professional, she advised us what to see in the Cesis region.
- Some minor repairs in the bathroom are needed.
